Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Serendipity's Pathway HD™ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Service Description

Serendipity's Pathway HD™ is a consciousness-based profiling and compatibility platform that integrates Human Design, Western Astrology, and Pythagorean Numerology through the TORUS Rose Framework™. The Platform provides soul analysis profiles, compatibility scoring, and interpretive readings.

Subscription Tiers & Pricing

• Free Signature Tier: Basic sovereign profile and TORUS Rose Soul Analysis PDF at no cost.
• Navigator Tier: $11.11 per month — includes full Serendipity Score™ preview, ADINKRA-CIPHER identity, weekly transit digest, and founding member benefits.
• Sovereign Tier: $33.30 per month — includes everything in Navigator plus Pathway Journal™, practitioner consultation credits, advanced analysis, and priority founding member access.

Billing & Cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Square on the anniversary of your signup date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are issued for partial months. You retain access to paid features through the end of your billing cycle.
• Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to any paid tier on the Platform.

No Medical, Psychological, or Financial Claims

The Platform provides interpretive readings based on Human Design, Astrology, and Numerology systems. These readings are for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal development purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, psychological counseling, financial guidance, or professional consultation of any kind. Always consult qualified professionals for medical, mental health, or financial decisions.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, algorithms, and frameworks — including TORUS Rose Philosophy™, RoseCore™ AI, Serendipity Score™, ADINKRA-CIPHER™, the Porterian Method™, and all associated marks — are the property of #1111. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivative use is prohibited.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. #1111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect.
