Refund Policy

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Navigator ($11.11/month) or Sovereign ($33.30/month) subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund Eligibility

• Within 7 days of initial purchase: Full refund.
• After 7 days: No refund. Access continues through end of billing period.
• Free Seeker tier: No charges, no refund applicable.
• Practitioner consultations: Non-refundable once scheduled or completed.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@serendipityspathwayhd.com with your account email and reason. Processed within 5–7 business days.

No Partial Refunds

No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page.
