When you use Serendipity's Pathway HD™, we collect only the data you provide directly:

• Name and email address
• Date, time, and city of birth (used solely to calculate your sovereign profile)
• Seeking intention and referral source (optional)
• Payment information (processed securely by Square; we never see or store your card details)

How We Use Your Data

• To calculate and deliver your TORUS Rose Soul Analysis profile
• To process subscription payments via Square
• To send transactional emails related to your account
• To improve the platform experience

We Do Not Sell Your Data

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded to any third party. Period.

Third-Party Sharing

We share data only with Square for payment processing. Square's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment information. No other third parties receive your data.

Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption, secure server infrastructure, and access controls to protect your information. Birth data is used only for profile calculation and is not shared externally.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct any inaccurate information
• Delete your account and all associated data
